Here is a selection of commissions I have completed over the years. I am always on the look out for a new challenge, be it ceramic or painting. If you have an idea I would love to hear from you.

WALL MOUNTS

Wall mount commissions start from £175 depending on complexity of animal and size. All animals considered!
Pregnancy Bump Casts
I recorded my own pregnancies by casting my bumps and now take on regular commissions. For myself and those I have created bump casts for they provide a lasting memory of this unique time.
I can send the plaster kit for your partner or children to cast your bump, then have this transformed in the clay of your choice. The surface can be inscribed with names, weights, poems, tattoos or simply left plain with a matt or satin finish.

Green Man, Wood Nymphs & Medusa
The Green Man and Wood Nymphs were commissioned by The Lanes Micro Pub in Dover and have joined the vast collection of Green Men already decorating the pub walls.
Medusa and the Gold Man were private commissions.
Green Man wall mounts can be made in stoneware so they are frost proof for outside decoration.

Animals
I have a passion for creating animals; I love to recreate personalities and expressions.
Here are a few commissions from the past few years.
I am happy to take on any animal commission of varying scales, either as a wall mount, an abstracted or realistic piece, whole or part body. They can be made in stoneware to be frost proof and suitable for outdoor ornamentation.
Prices start from £75 depending on animal complexity and size.
Odo's Barn
Spanning over 150cm in length this has been my most challenging but enjoyable commission to date. Created by carving into sections of slabbed clay and based on a section of the Bayeux Tapestry depicting Bishop Odo's blessing of the feast, it now overlooks the bar at Odo's Barn wedding venue in Billington, Kent.
A Mother's Love
This sculpture was commissioned in response to some of my other cancer related work as a gift to a mother who's child is having treatment for leukaemia. The mother is wrapping her body protectively around the children in the hope of taking away the pain and wishing she could have it in his place. A feeling all us mothers feel when out child is ill. I felt incredibly honoured to produce this for such a strong woman as one of the thoughts that kept me going throughout treatment was that it was me and not one of my children going through it. This work led directly into the Hug series shown in the Gallery.
Wedding Gifts
A perfect way to celebrate your wedding or as a gift to a loved one. This particular vase has patterns to symbolise the couples love of the sea.
The sculptural vase below was for a New Zealand couple who wanted a shape inspired by the Kuro.
Any shape, size, colour and patterns can be requested.

Oil Paintings:
The painting here was commissioned by a family who had sadly lost their daughter to cancer and was inspired by the paintings on wood that I created during my own cancer treatment (examples of which are here).
Below is a group of horoscope oil paintings commissioned to represent each member of the family.
During my treatment I was overwhelmed by the support of the Breast Nurses and affiliated chariies. I created these brooches to raise money for The Harmony Trust who provide holistic therapies for cancer patients.
